Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles in a middle-class family. She grew up with dreams of great heights. Her best roles include the action spy film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the drama Precious. Growing up with her family in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, the actress had plenty of dreams. She was raised by her mother who loved to watch films. Paula loved participating in school co-curricular activities, and drama was her favorite. She was a great actress and enjoyed performing with her peers. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School's Hamilton Magnet Arts High School was the setting for many school plays. The student decided to be an actor. She was enrolled at The University of Southern California in a summer program and thoroughly enjoyed her stint. She won a three-month assignment creating documentaries for PBS. When she finished the three-month assignment successfully, her first job was working in the production department for television documentaries. Following the completion of her project then she began putting together documentary films. Although she was awed by the work, she yearned to be an actress. She began her journey into acting with a role as Will Smith's co-star in love story Hitch. In the years since, she's appeared in many productions and films.
